We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk to join The Red Lion team in handling accounting. In this role, you will perform accounts receivable tasks and administer payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete accounts receivable process, including:
Invoice generation and distribution
Collections management
Payment posting and reconciliation
Prepare and distribute accurate and timely payroll
Assist with new employee onboarding procedures and background checks
Maintain organized employee personnel files and HR records
Handle various accounting clerical duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or payroll
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management abilities
Professional communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proven reliability in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hospitality industry accounting experience
Knowledge of hotel management systems
