Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities, supporting real-life activities like cooking, shopping, and working.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans, performing discharge assessments, and collaborating with the care team and families to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, CPR certification, at least one year of experience, and physical ability to perform patient transfers and mobility tasks.

Must demonstrate effective communication and be capable of handling physical demands, including lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.

Our program promotes recovery by moving care into natural environments, helping individuals with neurological injuries regain independence. Salary ranges from $60-$65/hour.
