Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – F&I Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team within an F&I Administrator organization. In this role, you will support performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across our dealer network, internal teams, and external partners. You’ll help improve visibility into product performance, dealership activity, and profitability through intuitive dashboards, data models, and insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to F&I product sales, cancellations, claims, chargebacks, and retention.
Manage and support the company’s CRM and automation engine, ZOHO, which provides pipeline reporting and process management tools.
Capture dealership performance across multiple F&I programs (VSC, GAP, maintenance, etc.).
Support the Operations, Sales, and Dealer Development teams with data that improves service and revenue growth.
Translate business questions into data requirements and build scalable solutions using BI tools.
Build and maintain ETL processes to move data from various source systems into a data warehouse or reporting environment.
Write SQL queries to pull and validate data from core administration systems and CRMs.
Support compliance, auditing, and regulatory reporting with accurate, timely data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Claims, and Sales Enablement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
Familiarity with F&I administration systems or dealer-facing platforms is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen with a focus on data accuracy and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting, preferably in insurance, finance, or automotive.
Previous experience in an F&I Administrator, third-party warranty provider, or dealership environment.
Understanding of F&I products, lifecycle analytics, and financial reserve tracking.
Experience connecting data from CRMs, admin platforms, DMS systems, or claims processing tools.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or cloud-based solutions) and best practices.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance reporting.
