We are currently searching for a professional, energetic Leasing Assistant for an Industrial, Flex, Medical and Office Portfolio. If you have a roll-up-your sleeves, driven and enthusiastic personality, you will likely be a great fit for this position. In this role, youll find yourself meeting with prospective tenants, maintaining occupancy data, assist with tenant improvements, property inspections, and drafting lease documents. The Leasing Assistants day will never be boring!
Youll be working with our Asset/Leasing Manager and Management Team. We are knowledgeable, resourceful, dynamic, and helpful - we are looking forward to finding the right fit to join us.

This position is a full-time position in our Sacramento office near University Village and CSUS. Skills Youll Bring to the Table:
Understanding of lease terms, negotiations, documentation and administration
Must have commercial real estate experience
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, accounting software (i.e., Appfolio, Yardi, MRI, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
California Real Estate licensee
Ability to work independently and with a collaborative team
Reliable transportation
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Sound judgement and decision making skills
A zest for learning each day
Summary of Responsibilities:
Respond timely to prospective tenant calls and internal website inquiries/Guestcards
Conduct property showings
Move-in/move-out processes
Lease negotiations as discussed with Management
Draft lease agreements, finalize contracts, and abstract documents
Collect new tenant documentation for approval and qualification
Maintain available summary and occupancy databases
Routinely update marketing material and brochures
Network with brokers, property owners, business leaders and others in the community
Attend scheduled meetings timely and prepared to participate
Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
Conduct all business interactions with the highest ethics and respect, while following company policies
