What You’ll Do

Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm or age-related damage

Educate homeowners on insurance and retail repair options

Generate leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals

Guide customers through the restoration or retail process

Take photos, document damage, and input project details

Represent Division 1 Roofing with professionalism and confidence

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to knock doors and generate leads

Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections

Reliable transportation

Smartphone (for CRM and inspection use)

Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals

Sales experience is a plus — but not required
