We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer / Business Development professional with expertise in MEP and/or Civil Renovation works to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support for the design and implementation of MEP and Civil solutions. This role is perfect for a professional with strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and generate sales leads for projects within the UAE market.
Understand and interpret customer requirements, providing tailored solutions.
Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, FM, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tenders, ensuring that solutions meet customer specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.
