Job description: Department: Fourslide Shift: Second (3:30 PM to Midnight) Job Summary The Operator performs manual machine operations, including packing.

Reporting To Department Team Lead Essential Job Functions Operates various operation equipment related to FourslideVisually inspect parts.

Report any problems or concerns to team lead.

Completion of required daily documentation.

Assure good housekeeping and workstation is clean.

Maintaining all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.

Skills and Abilities Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.

Experience operating a variety of small hand tools.

Physical Requirements Paragon Medical is a manufacturing environment.

The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position, including sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time.

The employee is expected to perform repetitive actions that include bending, kneeling, or crouching, reach, push, and/or pull objects.

The ability to lift up to to 40 lbs with support.

The employee will be required to communicate with others and work in a noisy environment.
