TemPositions is excited to partner with a compassionate organization committed to providing housing-first, trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability while recovering from illness or hospitalization.
We are seeking experienced and mission-driven Program Managers with a background in nursing (RN, LPN, or Nurse Practitioner) or a related health discipline to lead daily operations of a dynamic recuperative care program.
The Program Manager will oversee staff, client services, property management, and cross-agency coordination to ensure smooth, high-quality care delivery.
This is an ongoing assignment with the potential to become temp-to-hire.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the recuperative care program, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Supervise multidisciplinary staff (case managers, aides, property and admin staff). Develop trauma-informed, housing-first care plans for clients.
Coordinate housing transitions, medical transportation, and enrichment activities.
Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, health providers, and housing services.
Manage program budgets and ensure proper billing for services.
Be on-call for emergency situations and after-hours support.
Maintain thorough documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.
Qualifications: Nursing background (RN, NP, or LPN) or equivalent experience in healthcare/human services.
Previous supervisory and program management experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis response skills.
Experience working with unhoused or medically vulnerable populations is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and documentation tools.
