We are needing an LPC or LMHC to help our growing group practice in Pensacola, Florida.

Role Overview:

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units

Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assessments and therapy sessions

Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care

Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor

Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation:

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $74,000 to $110,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.

Please note: We are not able to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position.
