Senior Network Engineer (L3)

We are hiring a skilled Level 3 Network Engineer to support enterprise network environments, respond to critical incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement of network security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complex L3 tickets related to routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall rules

Implement user-aware filtering using tools like Prisma/Zscaler

Participate in cloud/hybrid network design reviews

Conduct regular audits of public exposure and network footprint

Collaborate with security and DevOps teams for integrated solutions

Document changes, participate in handovers, and review CSAT feedback with PMs

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years experience in enterprise networking

CCNA or equivalent hands-on expertise

Strong OSI model fundamentals (L1–L4)

Proficient in VLAN, STP, FHRP, NAT, ACLs

Experience with Azure or AWS networking preferred

Familiarity with Palo Alto, SD-WAN, Meraki, or Infoblox

Experience working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
