We're Hiring – Smartsheet Technical Support and Configuration Expert for our US Client from Offshore ( India)

Are you a Smartsheet Core Product Certified Developer with a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions using Smartsheet for automation, dashboards, and project management?

We’re currently looking to expand our team in India and would love to connect with professionals who are certified and experienced in using Smartsheet's core features to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support for Smartsheet-related issues and bugs.

Workflow Familiarity: Understand and maintain existing Smartsheet solutions and workflows to support consistency and ongoing enhancements.

Configuration Expertise: Customize and configure Smartsheet modules to meet specific team and departmental needs.

Module Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to design and build new modules that enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Smartsheet features and best practices to drive solution improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Smartsheet or similar applications, including support and solution configuration.

Hands-on experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Data Shuttle, Bridge, and other premium apps.

Strong understanding of scalable architecture and ability to translate business requirements into effective Smartsheet solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Experience in developing new modules and customizing tools to align with business goals.

Smartsheet certifications highly preferred.
