Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Infor M3 Manufacturing Functional Analyst to join our team. This role is vital in driving the configuration, optimization, and deployment of Infor M3 manufacturing modules and their integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing and planning processes in a GxP-validated environment, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Configure and maintain Infor M3 modules related to manufacturing and planning, including production scheduling, materials management, and capacity planning. Collaborate with business process owners to define and maintain a manufacturing core model.

Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing and planning processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with GxP regulations.

Integration Management: Manage and support integrations between Infor M3 and specialized software applications, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.

User Enablement: Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to maximize system effectiveness.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure transparency and continuity.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure all manufacturing and planning activities adhere to GxP regulations and company policies.

Project Leadership: Lead and participate in projects related to manufacturing and planning systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

ERP Rollout Roadmap: Contribute to the ERP rollout strategy, ensuring successful implementation across regions and alignment with business goals.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work alongside the delivery organization to support Infor M3 deployments and ongoing solutions.

Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts, share expertise, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a functional analyst working with Infor M3 in manufacturing and planning environments, preferably in a regulated industry.

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in configuring and managing Infor M3 modules, as well as integrating with specialized software applications.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to refine manufacturing processes and resolve system challenges.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage and lead projects within a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
