Our recruitment team is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead the recruitment life cycle of our IT consultants in an MSP Program (for a Large Banking client).

In this role, the successful candidate will be comfortable with independently sourcing candidates, conduct technical screening and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles daily.

You must have a Private & Independent Work Space in a private room without disturbance from others during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Review each Job Posting to understand the requirements & seek clarifications to identify the right candidate(s).

Conduct various Candidate Searches from LinkedIn (Primary Job Board) and Monster

Understand and familiarize yourself with all technology needs in our Job Orders, to successfully match the appropriate candidates with their technical skills.

Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.

Conduct candidate screening candidates for shortlisted candidates.

Complete candidate skills matrix for submission to the client.

Identify & eliminate fraudulent profiles from the pool of candidates.

Negotiating the best possible rate.

Prepare candidate for interviews and coordinate interviews.

Conduct post interview calls.

Keeping track of all active Job Orders and applicants in the ATS.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

A previous track record in recruiting on a recurring basis (in VMS environment)

Experience in working as a Technical IT Recruiter

Experience in hiring IT professionals.

Experience sourcing candidates through various channels including internal staffing systems, relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, social media, and other avenues.

Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.

Possess a very strong Work Ethic.

Execute candidate search with speed.

Understand the Technology you are hiring for.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
