Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality visual content, including newsletters, emailers, ad creatives, and brand collateral, that effectively communicates our brand identity and engages our audience. You will play a key role in delivering visually compelling designs across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Create High-Quality Visual Content: Design and produce visually appealing and effective graphics for newsletters, email campaigns, digital ads, social media posts, and other brand collateral.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity, tone, and voice across digital and print channels.
Ad Creatives: Design banner ads, display ads, and other paid media creatives with a focus on performance and brand awareness.
Digital and Print Collateral: Develop visually engaging promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
Emailers & Newsletters: Design responsive email templates and newsletters with a focus on user engagement and conversion.
Refine & Optimize Designs: Continuously improve designs based on feedback, performance analytics, and new industry trends to optimize user experience and engagement.
Work within Deadlines: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time, meeting all deadlines.
Creative Input: Provide fresh, innovative ideas and design solutions for ongoing and upcoming campaigns, working closely with the creative team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in newsletters, emailers, digital ads, and brand collateral.
Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Canva being a plus.
Typography & Composition: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, with the ability to create compelling visuals that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
Email & Web Design: Experience designing responsive email templates and newsletters; familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) is an advantage.
Creative Problem Solving: Ability to translate business objectives into creative visual solutions while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with design execution, ensuring all graphics are pixel-perfect and adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaborative & Flexible: Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects at once while managing deadlines and priorities effectively.
Experience with Ad Platforms: Familiarity with design for social media ads, Google display ads, and other digital advertising formats is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred): A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
