Primary Function
2nd shift opportunity: 2:30pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday
Candidate will be responsible for completing training and performing the following job functions:
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently load, unload and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling equipment
Accurately record and track inventory movements in SAP
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures
Pick and stage materials for production, assembly or customer orders based on work orders or pick lists
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, including performing basic equipment maintenance and reporting any safety hazards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth material flow
Follow all company policies, procedures and safety regulations
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory as required
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists and other related documents
Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and with assistance
