About the Role: The Baltimore Orioles are on the lookout for an energetic and engaging personality to be the face of fun at Camden Yards. As an In-Game Host, you’ll be front and center on game nights, helping us create an unforgettable ballpark experience for fans of all ages. Whether it’s hyping up the crowd, running in-game promotions, or being part of special events, you’ll play a big part in shaping the vibe at the Yard.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Bring energy to every home game as the on-field and on-screen personality

Host inning break games, fan activities, plaza parties, and viewing events

Star in pre-recorded and social media content

Follow game night scripts and adapt on the fly

Keep the crowd engaged, informed, and entertained from doors open to the final out

What You Bring to the Table:

You’re great at working with others and bring positive energy to any room

You know how to listen, read the room, and respond naturally

You can stay cool and keep things moving during fast-paced, live events

You’re creative and comfortable sharing new ideas

You’re dependable and understand that you’re representing the Orioles every time you're on the mic

You’ve got a performance background—maybe improv, theater, or live hosting—and love being in front of an audience

Bonus Points If You:

Know your way around a camera

Have musical timing or rhythm

Are bilingual

The Details:

This is a part-time, game-day role—expect nights, weekends, and holidays

Be ready for all kinds of weather

The job requires being active—walking, lifting, stairs, loud environments, and long days on your feet

Must be located within the great Baltimore area

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $50/hour.
