Summary: The ERP Support Coordinator supports the Senior Manager, ERP Global Support and the ERP team members who provide end-user support for two ERP Platforms: SAP S4 Hana & Microsoft Dynamics AX2009

ERP Technical Strategy:

Support ERP Sr. Manager and ERP support team members

Develop an excellent working relationship with the ERP user community and members of the extended support team

Assist with coordination of Super User Community

Understand DS incident and change request processes

Utilize Service Now software to track and update ERP incidents to resolution

Understand reported ERP incidents

Lead incident status meetings

Engage with Users, BPLs, SMEs and Developers to assist with progress incident resolution

Escalate high priority and unresolved incidents to management

Manage Change Request status in Service Now and ensure timely closure of change requests.

Engage with internal and external project teams involved with change process to assist with progress

Track and report compliance problems to management

Ensure Change Requests are closed on time

Assist with continuous process improvements to IT policies, processes, procedures, and documentation

Prepare clear and well-organized work papers that appropriately document work performed

Builds and Manages Service Now dashboards

Create and maintain presentations, training and process documents

Train Users and consultants with on topics related to DS incident lifecycle and resolution

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage.

Years and Type of Experience:

1+ years working in a software, support or comparable role

Experience with ERP systems a plus.

Key Required Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with MS Office, especially Excel

Knowledge and understanding of ERP Platforms, processes and functionality.

Highly organized; able to track and manage status of multiple day-to-day activities.

Works well under pressure and able to multitask.

Able to work independently.

Ability to effectively handle a wide variety of users and issues.

Some flexibility with working time is required due to the global nature of DS, there may be occasional conference calls during morning/evening hours.

Ability to travel occasionally for IT business needs
