Job Description:
The SAP GRC Security role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of SAP GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance), access controls, and SAP Security in multiple SAP environments located globally. In addition, this individual will provide technical expertise to the functional and technical user base to ensure information security is in compliance with the company’s security policies.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Security roles across all SAP landscapes.
Assist functional and technical team with troubleshooting critical issues as it relates to Security or GRC.
Design and deploy GRC solutions based on business requirements.
Daily monitoring of jobs that are necessary for the GRC application(s) to run effectively and efficiently.
Review and deployment of service packs that are released by SAP for GRC.
Assist the team with the creation of written validation procedures, plans, and reports.
Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
4+ years with SAP Security and/or GRC implementation and production support experience.
2+ years experience working with SAP GRC 12.0, S/4 Hana, Fiori and SAP Solution Manager.
2+ years experience with SAP GRC Access Control configuration that includes MSMP and BRFPlus rules.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong knowledge in provisioning to SAP LDAP and SAP Enterprise Portal platforms for ABAP Roles, UME Roles, and Portal Roles/Groups.
Experience with system monitoring, background job administration, spool administration.
Working knowledge of audit and security reviews, SOD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, sensitive transactions analysis, SAP development (includes ABAP), SAP modules, Transport System, Basis Component, (Web Application Server or WAS), NetWeaver, SAP-GUI.
Strong problem solving skills.
Self directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
A strong demonstrated commitment to customer service and pro-active review of processes/procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Structural Authorizations within SAP HCM.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $82,500- $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
