Responsibilities

Maintain and foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by conducting customer interviews and actively listening to their wants and needs

Continuously develop product knowledge and product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies, becoming an industry expert

Handle incoming customer inquiries

Perform various forms of outbound prospecting and follow up daily

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Learn from constructive criticism and adapt accordingly

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude and mindset to work with you every single day

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays

Must be a self motivated individual and have an entrepreneurial mindset

Previous sales experience is not required, but is taken into consideration

Eagerness for continual education regarding product and procedures

Strong ability to adapt to ever changing market conditions

Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as listening skills

Computer skills including Word, CRM, and typing.

Have great people skills

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
