Watermark Retirement Communities is without a doubt, the premier retirement community owner and operator in the country, and is a dream come true for an experienced Accounting Assistant. For us, it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. The Accounting Assistant will coordinate many of the hiring and onboarding functions for the corporate office as well as assist our accounting department with various tasks including invoice processing in our paperless AP system and other general accounting tasks. We are looking to meet people who understand that the position of Accounting Assistant is a key component to our operation. The right person for us will be extremely well organized, tech savvy and will be committed to providing extraordinary service to our associates and the leadership team. We are looking for someone that has the understanding that every interaction with Watermark's Resource Center HR and Accounting teams is meaningful and that their employment experience with Watermark is very important to us!

Job Requirements:

2 years’ experience in Accounting and HR support in a professional setting

Excellent computer in Excel and web-based accounting programs

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

High professional ethics

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Interested in learning and growing your skill set
