We are looking for a positive and professional Front Desk Manager to lead our team in Portsmouth, NH.

Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:

Training and mentoring the team to ensure excellent customer service

Anticipate and respond to guest questions and concerns

Ensure appropriate staffing levels

Manage inventory of department supplies

Enable effective communication between front desk operations and other departments, etc.

Front Desk Manager Qualifications:

A successful Front Desk Manager will have...

At least three years of experience at the Front Desk

Availability to be present at the busiest times at the Front Desk including evenings and weekends
