RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build a strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other sales process steps per company standards.
Utilize CRM system daily
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE 5 + years luxury/near luxury car sales experience
Must have a proven track record of double-digit sales monthly
Must have proven track record of above average CSI AND public reviews (Google, Dealer Rater, etc.)
Must have a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Clear background & drug screen
