Busy automotive dealership seeks Service Business Development Representative in the New Bern area to handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls and follow-up communications. The position will interact with both new prospects and our existing customers in person as well as by phone, mail, and email. Your responsibilities will include maintaining positive, ongoing communications for the purpose of increasing sales and service appointments and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Direct customer phone communication experience a must
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
Successful telephone communication skills
Outstanding written communication
Microsoft Office and online computer skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Outgoing personality and motivation is a must
Prior dealership or service experience is not necessary but previous experience in a dealership BDC is preferred – we will train the best person for the position!
