Our client is a personality-based social/dating app that allows you to deeply understand anyone and connect with people who intuitively understand you.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Strategic Planning:

Develops and implements paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Defines target audiences, sets campaign objectives, and determines budgets.

Campaign Creation and Management:

Creates and launches targeted ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta and others.

Manages bid strategies and budgets to optimize campaign performance.

Conducts keyword research and optimizes ad copy and creatives.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI).

Identifies areas for improvement and optimizes campaigns for better results.

Conducts testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborates with other marketing team members (content creators, SEO specialists, etc.).

Provides regular reports on campaign performance and makes data-driven recommendations.

Staying Updated:

Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Ensures ad campaigns comply with platform policies and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

Ideal Profile

You have at least 2 - 3 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Media & Entertainment and Internet industry.

You have working knowledge of PAID ADS MARKETING

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

Understanding of marketing principles: Knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with other team members.

Creativity and problem-solving skills: Ability to develop engaging ad creatives and troubleshoot issues
