Were expanding our operations and looking to bring on a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple client IT projects concurrently, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget-conscious delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and setting realistic expectations.
Collaborate with technical teams to define project scopes, develop timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Manage IT projects such as onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including task lists, schedules, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
Conduct internal project meetings, daily stand-ups, and client check-ins to maintain alignment and momentum.
Identify, address, and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential delays while keeping stakeholders informed.
Ensure all project deliverables adhere to industry best practices, service standards, and client expectations.
Assist in resource scheduling, ensuring optimal workload distribution across engineering teams.
Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to contribute to project scoping, quoting, and pre-sales planning.
Facilitate seamless handoffs from project completion to service desk and account managers, maintaining a consistent client experience.
Advocate for process improvements, fostering efficiency and standardization across the MSP team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in project management within an MSP or IT services environment.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking principles.
Experience managing technical projects across multiple clients or industries.
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and expectations.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and implements solutions effectively.

Please Note:
This position follows a standard 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time schedule. However, as a Project Manager, flexibility is required based on project demands and client needs. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary.
