About the Job: This is a contracted position to provide on-site client support, with the current opportunity for routine telework. This position will provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership focused on National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) GEOINT Training Partner Engagement activities. Supports the government lead in areas, such as: policy, standards, responsibilities, emerging GEOINT training requirements, and other related topics, as necessary.

Duties include:
Creating strategies to target partnerships and relationships with internal and external entities that are key stakeholders in GEOINT learning, GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC), and GEOINT workforce planning.
Developing, facilitating, implementing, and documenting (in policy, if required), initiatives that support long-term NSG, ASG, and Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) strategies, interoperability, and strategic policies that may include:
Baselining GEOINT training
Mapping GEOINT competencies
Establishing, assessing, and mapping community GEOINT training standards
Developing and maintaining common GEOINT course catalog and GEOINT portal
Implementing standard and repeatable GEOINT Training Advisory Group (GTAG) requirements processes
Developing and implementing organizational performance metrics to measure and report progress
against NSG, ASG, and CGTC strategic intent and plans.
Leading the creation, communication, and support the completion/maintenance of standardized organizational planning templates/plans (e.g., GEOCOM templates, CGTC templates, reports to ODNI and USD(I) Project Management Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Plan of Actions, and Milestones, etc.)
Driving the development and delivery of programmatic measures, metrics, and support coordination and facilitation of Program Management Reviews to assess and report progress against relevant initiatives.
Supporting discussion at internal and external meetings and participate in targeted issue or theme- specific activities related to strategic initiatives, organizational activities, strategic communications, or representation. Examples may include:
Participate in office-level leadership offsites to provide insights into ongoing CGTC activities or
issues
Participate in DNI, USD(I), or NGA conferences, or other related venues as directed
Supporting coordination and facilitation of CGTC meetings
Meeting and coordinating with other NSG and ASG training organizations to exchange ideas, issues, and concepts
Supporting CGTC with providing policy input and required reporting to ODNI and/or USD(I) on behalf of the NSG.
You Have
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience within a related field, 11-14 years of related experience
Demonstrated experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area. This experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
Demonstrated Experience in coordinating activities performed by specialists or other staff as necessary for activities related to the specific field or discipline. This includes:
Ensuring quality is an integral part of the development, design, and creation of products or services
Monitoring products and services through the life cycle
Validating/verifying adherence to specific requirements through test and measurement activities
Working closely with assigned staff, senior specialists, or task leads.
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in GEOINT tradecraft competencies Training development, Human Capital Development or related disciplines.
At least 36 months demonstrated experience assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
At least 36 months demonstrated experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to seniors and their staffs
At least 36 months demonstrated experience formulating, analyzing and resolving plans, policy, and business issues
At least 36 months demonstrated experience building and managing a project schedule using MS Project.

Knowledge of Joint/IC/Service GEOINT activities, GEOINT doctrine, and NSG and ASG membership
Demonstrated experience working in a senior management environment within NGA, NSG, or ASG
Knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Training and Education Board
Knowledge of NSG and ASG partner/sharing agreements
Knowledge of NGCs GEOINT Learning Program and GEOINT curriculum
