We’re looking for a Sales Ops Specialist to join our growing team. We’d love to talk to you.

Role Overview

As a Sales Ops Specialist, you'll support our leasing processes, assist sales operations, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth business-to-business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease Finance Support

Manage credit applications, documentation, lease agreements, and renewal processes

Provide buyout quotes and customized lease reports for client and sales team members

Collaborate with sales teams and customers to conduct lease business reviews.

Ad hoc departmental tasks as needed/requested

Sales Operations Support:

Creating managed print solutions contracts and addendums

Support ERP and CRM database entries

Send and oversee DocuSign packets (Contracts and Lease Agreements)

Create customer proposals, quotes, and equipment/product configurations (HP/Xerox/Canon)

Ad hoc departmental tasks as needed/requestedWhat We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in equipment leasing or finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, v-lookups)

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking

Self-starter with attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through

Leasing and Finance experience with office equipment

Business to Business sales and leasing experience

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (eAutomate & SalesChain)
