Experienced Finance Manager (Spanish Speaking) – High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Houston Metro)

A high-volume Toyota dealership in the Houston Metro area is seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the financing and insurance process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases while offering additional products and services.

Structure deals to ensure maximum profitability while adhering to lender and dealership guidelines.

Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.

Work closely with lenders to obtain approvals and negotiate competitive financing terms.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations regarding financing and contracts.

Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and contracts while maintaining efficiency in processing deals.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal transitions.

Stay informed on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.

Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment, preferably with Toyota.

Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) and finance software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Education and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

AFIP certification is a plus.
