Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 + commission + paid time off

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily operations to keep the store running smoothly

Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team

Boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction with smart strategies

Foster a positive, fast-paced, and customer-focused atmosphere

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
