As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers throughout the service process. Your role is to ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to post-service follow-up — while working closely with our expert technicians and support staff.Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with professionalism and discretion, delivering an elevated experience from arrival to departure.

Consult with clients regarding vehicle service needs, interpreting concerns accurately and communicating them to the service team.

Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates with clarity and transparency.

Proactively recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance and high-value enhancements.

Coordinate the progress of vehicles through the service process and keep clients informed with timely, courteous updates.

Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing quality control and performing follow-ups after service.

Maintain complete knowledge of luxury brand standards and technical service offerings.Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in a luxury or high-line dealership is preferred.

Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining poise and professionalism.

Familiarity with DMS systems such as CDK.

Understanding of luxury customer expectations and brand-specific service standards.

Must be able to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.We Offer:
