Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - Kiel in Kiel, WI.

Job detailsFull-time, Family Medicine Opportunity (1.0 FTE)Competitive Starting Compensation: Up to $352K, with student loan forgiveness up to $180K100% Outpatient Practice with minimal call (1:26), covered by a nurse triage line, resulting in only about 2 call weeks per yearFlexible Schedule: 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weeklyIdeal Work Environment: Three exam rooms per provider and a private office spaceComprehensive On-Site Resources: Includes lab, x-ray, pharmacy, physical therapy, weekly orthopedic services, monthly urology visits, and a procedure room.
