Summary: Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help expand our current team of three Endocrinology providers due to increased demand.

Clinical support staff consists of MAs and RNs.Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care.

No inpatient call duties and ample time off.This is a full time position with a 36-hour schedulable patient contact hour work expectation.Our practice caters to a diverse adult patient base with a large number of diabetes management while also addressing a spectrum of other endocrine disorders.This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.2-4 years of APP practice experience, especially Endocrinology experience is highly preferred.

New graduates will be considered.Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary range: $125,323 - $141,681 DOE with productivity incentives.
