Pediatric Intensivist OpportunityCovenant HealthCare Saginaw, Michigan Covenant HealthCare is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Intensivist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team in Saginaw, Michigan.

This hospital-employed position offers a rewarding clinical role within a well-established pediatric program, featuring academic involvement and a flexible schedule.

Opportunity Highlights:Join a cohesive team of Pediatric Intensivists supporting a 10-bed PICU at Covenant Childrens Hospital.Work approximately 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, with flexible scheduling based on physician input and team collaboration.Responsibilities include PICU consults, admissions, procedures, and the management of critically ill pediatric patients.Subspecialty support includes Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Pediatric Endocrinology.Supportive medical leadership and a hospital culture committed to quality, safety, and family-centered care.Academic affiliation with Central Michigan University College of Medicine, including opportunities to teach medical students and pediatric residents.Faculty appointment through CMU, with expectations for participation in clinical education.
