The Integration Consultant Associate is an entry-level position. The role is designed for individuals to quickly grow their skillset and expertise in the integration domain through support and mentorship from senior colleagues.
This role involves assisting in the implementation and configuration of e-document solutions, troubleshooting and identifying issues and possible solutions, and developing and maintaining documentation related to integration processes.
Growth and Development: As the consult progress and demonstrate its capabilities, one will gradually take on more complex tasks and responsibilities. Mentorship from senior colleagues will facilitate a rapid development curve, enabling the consultant to grow the skillset and expertise in the integration domain.
Collaboration: The consultant will conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and provide training and support to both customers and colleagues.
Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an Associate Integration Consultant, you will:
Implement and Configure e-document Integrations: Assist in analyzing and setting up customized solutions, gradually taking on more complex configurations as experience is gained.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Integration Issues: Identify, analyze, and resolve integration-related issues, starting with basic tasks and progressing to more complex cases over time.
Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and update comprehensive documentation for integration processes and solutions, ensuring clarity for future reference.
Conduct Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of customer formats and integration solutions, ensuring functionality and performance.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to deliver, maintain and support integrated solutions.
Engage in Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development activities to expand technical skills and knowledge, aiming to handle more complex tasks independently.
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Associate Integration Consultant if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
1-4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong technical interest and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge about XML/XSLT.
Basic knowledge about EDI (e-invoice/order).
Basic knowledge about communication protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, API etc.)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
