**Prior culinary experience is required.**

Location: St. Clair Shores, MI

Shift hours are:

6:00A - 2:30PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

Hours can be somewhat flexible.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Cook to prepare nutritious and delicious meals for our assisted living residents. If you have a passion for cooking, especially in high-volume or institutional settings, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare meals following established recipes and standards, focusing on scratch cooking.

Ensure proper portion control, temperature, and presentation of all food items.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.

Qualifications

Proven cooking experience, preferably in an institutional or high-volume setting.

Strong understanding of food preparation, portion control, and safety standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
