We’re looking for motivated Licensed Leasing Agents to represent our high-quality rental portfolio across Saratoga County and the Greater Capital Region. As a Leasing Agent with Green Springs Property Management, you’ll gain access to a steady leasing pipeline, acquisition possibilities, and broader tools, training, and revenue streams.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Earn
As a Green Springs Leasing Agent, you’ll show available rental units, manage inquiries, and handle leasing paperwork for both Green Springs-owned and third-party managed properties. You’ll be compensated per lease signed—paid promptly via commission.Compensation:
$30,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Show vacant apartments to prospective tenants
Respond quickly to inquiries, schedule showings, and follow up with applicants
Prequalify tenants and manage application flow
Coordinate with the in-house property management team to finalize leases
Represent the Green Springs brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Position Details:
Compensation: Flat commission per lease ($500+)
Location: Saratoga County, Warren County, and the Greater Capital Region
Schedule: Flexible; showings typically include evenings and weekendsQualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between properties
Basic technology fluency (email, Google Drive, mobile apps)
