**This is a full-time contractor role payable at $25 per hour**
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Technician to provide desk-side support, PC rollover refresh assistance, Android scanner provisioning, and network port patching at a client location. This is an onsite role requiring a Thursday-Sunday overnight shift in a team-based environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide desk-side support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist with PC rollover refresh, ensuring seamless device replacements and upgrades.
Provision Android scanners, configuring and deploying them for operational use.
Perform network port patching, ensuring proper connectivity for end-user devices.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the user experience.Technical Environment & Minimum Skills Required:
Strong background in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with PC imaging, setup, and refresh processes.
Familiarity with mobile device provisioning, particularly Android scanners.
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including port patching.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.Nice-to-Have Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 7pm - 5am Thurs - Sun
