We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of sales and project management professionals, learning from experienced mentors, and contributing to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans aimed at expanding our market presence and achieving revenue objectives.
Engage with existing clients on a regular basis, ensuring their requirements are met, and nurturing lasting relationships.
Gain hands-on experience in overseeing projects from their inception to completion, working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution, quality assurance, and timely project delivery.
Participate in the identification and pursuit of potential business opportunities by learning effective prospecting techniques, networking strategies, and staying informed about industry trends.
Learn to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our company to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM systems, like HubSpot, to learn the ropes of lead management, pipeline tracking, and deriving actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Embrace constructive feedback and engage in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge as part of the sales/project management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
An eagerness to learn and grow, with a strong interest in sales and project management.
A foundational understanding of stone and tile materials, fabrication processes, and industry trends is a plus.
Developing organizational and project management skills to assist in overseeing various client projects from initiation to successful completion.
Basic proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to support lead management, monitor sales activities, and analyze data.
Good communication skills and a personable demeanor, allowing you to build rapport and establish connections with clients.
A curious and strategic mindset, open to contributing ideas and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies.
An interest in developing leadership skills while working within a supportive team.
A results-oriented approach and a desire to contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
