· Coordinate interviews quickly and keep the hiring wheels turning faster than a milkshake machine.

· Welcome new applicants warmly - be the first friendly face they meet!

· Keep applicant records neat, organized, and ready to roll.

· Communicate like a champ between management and candidates - no one's left in the dark!

· During the off-season, shift gears into full-time leadership, supporting daily operations and keeping the team sharp for the next big rush.

· Lead the snack squad during shifts - keeping the fryers hot, the service smooth, and the vibes positive.

· Jump into any role as needed: cook, cashier, snack magician - you're the ultimate utility player!

Bonus Points if You:

· Have prior food service or supervisory experience (or just an unstoppable love of snacks).

· Are organized enough to keep applications, schedules, and snack orders from colliding.

· Can lift up to 50 lbs and love staying active (no gym membership needed!).
