Uscis Immigration Paralegal

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of USCIS processes and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Years of USCIS Immigration Law Experience.

Must Be Able To Speak And Write Spanish Fluently

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pmCompensation:

$18 - $25 hourlyResponsibilities:

Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications

Manage case files and documents using document management systems

Conduct legal research on immigration laws and procedures

Draft legal documents, correspondence, and forms

Translate documents from Spanish to English

Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in immigration cases

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationQualifications:

Previous experience working as a Paralegal in an immigration law firm or related field (for at least 3 years)

Proficiency in document management systems and legal research tools

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of USCIS immigration laws and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
