Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst to support both domestic and international employees from their office. In this role you will provide support over the phone, through remote management tools and directly to end users.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, telephone and remote desktop support to internal company computer users in a courteous and professional manner following established procedures

Installation, maintenance and support of computer systems to ensure maximum up time and optimal refresh intervals

Capture and deploy system images

Set up and maintenance of Active Directory accounts

Record all support activities in the Service Desk ticketing system to ensure complete capturing of actions and results

Understand and comply with all applicable Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures

Monitor all available problem ticket entry points to ensure tickets are being addressed efficiently

Integrate with 3rd party deployment and support providers as required

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

A+ Certificate is a plus

Familiarity with Windows 10 OS

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016

Active Directory experience

Proficiency with Windows OS installation and image deployment, KACE experience a plus

Knowledge of Office 365

General network troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of file and print services

Service desk ticketing software experience

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to provide efficient remote and desk-side support

Team-focused

Bilingual is a plus - English and Spanish
