Escrow Support Processor

Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Support Processor opportunity with a leading national title insurance and settlement services provider. This company specializes in protecting ownership rights, facilitating seamless real estate transactions, and providing title services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

This is a 100% on-site position. This role offers the potential for temp-to-perm placement based on business needs and performance.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:

Providing centralized clerical processing of all documents related to residential escrow transactions, alleviating high-volume paperwork for branch locations.

Assisting with escrow openings and closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Communicating important information and instructions to escrow branches (no direct customer communication).

Performing tasks similar to associate-level escrow processing, with increased complexity based on experience.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Ability to follow escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred.

1-2 years of escrow processing experience is nice to have, but not required (willing to train the right candidate).

MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

SharePoint experience is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Rate Range: $19.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
