Immigration law experience (immigration law course(s) taken, immigration law clinic or previous work in immigration law) required.

Strong interest in immigration law.

Legal research and drafting of memoranda

Assistance with preparation of immigration applications and petitions

Assistance with drafting of motions to re-open and re-consider.

Excellent research and writing skills.
