SHIFT LEAD

● Restaurant Experience: 1 year

● Be able to retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm

. ● Deliver exceptional guest service within the standards of management and Hummus Republic policies

● Manage shift expectations and contribute to the Hummus Republic vibe and culture

● Be a product expert able to make recommendations as guests are ordering

● Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures As a Shift Lead, you will contribute to the success of Hummus Republic by assisting the management team and maintain the Hummus Republic experience for our guests and associates. TEAM MEMBER

● Be at least 16 years old

● A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

● Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)

● Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift.

● Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service. We hope to recruit friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals. No experience is necessary!
