Entry Level- IT Analyst

Overview:

Looking for an experienced Support Technician with strong computer and networking skills. Candidates will be responsible for help desk support of primarily IP based systems in commercial and industrial environments. Applicant will be responsible for taking technical calls, providing remote support, and documenting problem/solution. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Looking for self-motivated individuals, who can interact with customers to address concerns and problems.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to solve problems and demonstrate strong problem-solving techniques

Job Requirements:

On-site at office in Richardson, Tx.

No criminal history – must agree/pass background check

Routine drug testing – zero tolerance.
