Auto Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for an Auto Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles and transmission systems.

Responsibilities:

Repair automobiles, trucks, and other motor vehicles

Specialize in vehicle powertrain systems

Perform routine vehicle maintenance

Use diagnostic tools (scan tools, DVOM's, lab scopes) to test vehicle components

Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a mechanic

Knowledge of shop equipment (brake, HVAC, BAR 97, Dyno)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Smog Repair Tech License, Star score over 0.4

Valid CDL class C

Ability to communicate in English, (written & spoken)

Prefer someone trained formally, college, trade school, T Ten, Asset, etc
