Position Summary
As the Digital Marketing Manager at 16 On Center, you’ll oversee all digital marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency across a variety of online channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing digital acquisition strategies, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities that drive business growth and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role plays a key part in enhancing customer engagement, supporting sponsorship efforts, and optimizing campaign effectiveness across concerts, food & beverage, and sponsorships
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and manage digital acquisition strategies and the overall digital marketing roadmap
Oversee all online channels including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing
Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies and manage CRM platforms
Analyze and report on KPIs such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion rates
Provide actionable data and insights to the Sponsorship team to inform strategy
Implement campaigns to drive engagement and survey participation
Leverage AI and data science tools to personalize customer interactions and predict behavior
Support ticketing strategy, pricing, and audience segmentation
Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure our digital strategy stays ahead
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts and messaging
Manage budget planning and resource allocation for digital initiatives
Requirements
About You:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or e-commerce
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field
Proven success in a digital marketing leadership role
Deep understanding of digital channels, tools, and trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and dynamic dashboards
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and e-commerce tools
Familiarity with data integration from platforms like Redshift, APIs, or similar
Comfortable translating technical data for non-technical teams
Solid grasp of marketing performance metrics, probability/statistics, and machine learning concepts
Strong communication and project management skills
Salary Description
$95k - $110k DOE
