Publicis Sapient is looking for Automation Expert responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of automated solution to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate various processes across the organization

Work with Client and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation

Design, implement, and test new automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology and business processes

Monitor automated processes to ensure they are running smoothly and take corrective action when necessary

Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and make recommendations for improvements

Keep abreast of new developments in automation technology and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization’s systems

Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to users of automated systems

Write technical documentation for automation solutions

Provide input to the development of IT policies and procedures related to automation

Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

6+ years’ experience in software development, with a focus on automation

Proficient in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of software development tools and platforms

Significant experience with CI/CD

Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

experience using Generative AI

Any Full Time Graduation

6 to 9 years of experience

Pay Range: $92,000 - $145,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
