Your Role:
As the Digital Campaign Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the implementation of on-demand, digital display, video and online streaming advertising campaigns, including but not limited to campaign implementation and reporting, inventory management, working with content producers and tech teams to determine ad break structure, placement and analysis of campaign results. The primary focus is on making sure all podcasting, display, video, and streaming advertising operations run smoothly in support of revenue goals. This position will work closely with the traffic/production teams to ensure the efficient operation of all digital ad serving platforms and implementation of client ad campaigns. Your role is also responsible for some creation, modification or troubleshooting of client display graphics when necessary.
Expected Compensation Range: $23.077 - $25.9616 / hourly. Exact hourly rate will be determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure and internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:
Report weekly inventory for enterprise digital assets – including podcasts, livestreams, newsletters and display - by using platform dashboards and sell through information from existing insertion orders
Forecast and manage available inventory for individual campaigns by using platform dashboards and given targeting parameters
Monitor performance of campaigns against goals
Provide weekly campaign delivery updates as required by APMG clients
Produce monthly campaign delivery reports – including delivery numbers and key insights – to account executives on a timely basis and interpret results
Update monthly sales reports by using shared dashboard and data from order management software
Support the management of sales campaigns to ensure all IOs/digital orders are executed accurately and in a timely manner
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas needing improvement and carry out best practices; implement, improve and maintain best operational procedures in collaboration with the on-demand team
Stay abreast of changes to ad offerings and new developments related to ad serving technologies and on-demand metrics and effectively communicate the impacts and options related to these items to relevant stakeholders and leadership
Actively work with various internal departments as required to coordinate production of spots for on-demand advertising campaigns and other placements on brand-owned digital properties
Implement and manage the delivery of on-demand audio advertising in AdsWizz
Support Ad Ops in working collaboratively with sales team to recommend campaign modifications as required to optimize campaign performance
Assist with trafficking, QA and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns as needed

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in digital traffic/order management from advertiser or publisher perspective
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with one or more ad serving and order management systems
Experience interacting directly with advertising clients and sales teams
Solid understanding of digital campaign metrics
Familiarity with online advertising principles, IAB standards, and ad serving technologies
Understanding of digital programmatic advertising, including familiarity with DSPs and their restrictions, capabilities and limitations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a problem-solver and team player
Strong organizational skills
Driven to stay current with changes in the on-demand audio and digital advertising industry
Demonstrated time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and master new systems
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with digital audio, including podcasting and live streaming
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with the following ad serving systems: AdsWizz, Google Ad Manager, Megaphone etc.
Experience working within a sales environment
Familiarity with Salesforce
