Data Business Analyst

We are seeking two skilled Business Analysts to join our Data Organization, each specializing in a key business area:

+ Marketing: Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.

+ Finance: Supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and their team with financial analysis and reporting needs.

This role emphasizes functional expertise over technical skills. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior leadership. While technical aptitude is important, we prioritize professionals who can grasp and adapt to new technical requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

+ Work within the marketing or finance team to optimize data-driven strategies and improve reporting structures.

+ Ensure seamless communication between data teams and senior leadership, presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.

+ Support data integrity, cloud-based solutions, and database management.

Qualifications

+ Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements in a business-focused environment.

+ Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and leadership teams.

+ Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
